I am a public health professional with over twelve years of experience in academia, research, and community-based health initiatives. I graduated with a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Addis Ababa University (2017).I have actively engaged in teaching, supervising, and mentoring both undergraduate and postgraduate students throughout my career. I have served as a research advisor and consultant for more than a decade, contributing significantly to capacity building and academic excellence in public health education.My expertise lies in scientific research, data management, statistical analysis, and evidence-based health interventions. I am proficient in a wide range of research and statistical software, including STATA, SPSS, Epi Info, EpiData, SurveyCTO, and ODK. I have led and participated in several research projects as a principal investigator and co-investigator, successfully securing both internal and external research grants.I have published approximately seventeen peer-reviewed articles in internationally recognized journals. I have presented my research findings at multiple national and international conferences, and I have contributed to advancing knowledge in areas such as maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases, infectious diseases, and health systems research.I am a lifelong member of several professional organizations, including the Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA), the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), and the Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE).My ongoing commitment to public health, research, and education underscores my passion for contributing to evidence-based policy and community well-being in Ethiopia and beyond.
